The Resource Library
The Resource Library will be developed within the existing CMS Library and Archives, one of the few in the nation, as a place for both students and professionals in the catering/ convention services industry to conduct research and obtain information relative to this field.
Resources to be provided by us will include periodicals, journals, professional papers, manuals, handbooks and textbooks. In addition, a variety of catering and convention services software packages will be available for use at a computer terminal located within the Resource Library. Staff will be available for research inquiries on a fee basis.
Members can utilize the library facilities on a complimentary basis, and research inquiries will be charged at a special discounted rate.
