Continuing Education Oppurtunities
The primary objective of the Continuing Education program is to provide industry professionals with information on the current issues and trends facing the catering and convention services field. The continuing education program will couple theory with practice, and prepare participants to face such issues as healthcare, human resources, public health and safety, law, management, marketing, and finance.
Customized courses will be taught by practicing catering/convention services professionals and educators, and can range from one-day clinics or roundtables, to one-week seminars. Continuing education courses will be developed to meet the educational needs of both entry level management and seasoned professionals.
The continuing education programs will be offered to members of NACE at special discounted participant fees.
